At "Our Back Yard" we a working on developing a new way of communicating with our customers. We believe communication is the key difference between a good landscape company and a extraordinary one, which is why we have taken the time to put into effect a couple different and unique ways to interact with you the customer.

 

MONTHLY FLYER: 
One of the things we did was we put together a suggestions and to-do flyer once a month when we send a bill out. What this does is it makes it easier for you to give us feed back on anything you might have on your mind pro or con that our company is doing. Secondly it also makes it easy for you to browse through the services we offer and fertilizer treatments that we are suggesting at that specific time of the year to have done.

 

MONTHLY NEWSLETTER:

This newsletter will further explain our suggested services and show case some of the projects that we are doing in the previous month.  The letter has a lawn of the month that will be high lighted to show to the rest of our costumer some of our fresh ideas that we have implemented.
